Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team
• Oversee the execution of sales strategies
• Expand distribution channels by identifying and opening accounts with new customers
• Monitor the performance of the team
• Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers
• Ensure accurate submission of collected payments to the Account department
• Ensure the maintenance and safety of the company vehicle
• Manage inventory levels and product quality during transportation
• Train and mentor the team
• Provide regular reports on sales performance
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum SPM and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience and proven track record in van sales will be an advantage
• Ability to work proactively
• Collaborate with other departments and contribute to the overall company goals
• Familiar with routes throughout Sarawak, including rural areas
• Valid driving and GDL License
