We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waiteress to join our team at a private, luxurios cigar and whisky lounge. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant bar and dining experience for our high net worth guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide information about daily specials and menu items.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need and address any questions or concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Wash and dry glasses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Multi-lingual candidates preferred.
• Possess own transport and driver's license.
