Job Descriptions:

• Overseeing and participating in preparing ingredients including assembling, chopping and marinating dishes. 
• Ensure all the food prepared served meet the company quality standards including of taste, apperance and temperature and timely manner.
•  Able to cook in a wide range of Western dishes such as morning breakfast, steaks, seafood, pastas, salads and desserts.
• Ensure that every dishes is always fresh, plated beautifully, consistently meet the company's quality standards and served in a timely manner.
• Provide support for cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
