Be part of our first batch of Customer Service Agents handling hospitality sector! Work location is in G Tower (Beside Ampang Park station). No experience required and training will be provided. Fast and easy interview process.



Your responsibilities are:

·       Malaysian, able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.

·       Fresh graduate/min 6 month – 1 years of customers service/call centre experience.

·       Able to work in shift hours.

·       Listening to the customers' needs and to update accordingly in CRM system.

·       Candidates with pleasing personality, good communication skills and persuasive skills.



The expectations are:

·       Min SPM, Diploma or higher.

·       Excellent communication skills/ Able to communicate fluently over the phone.

·       Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills over the phone.

·       Persuasive and persistent in conversation with customers.

·       Should have worked in a strict SLA environment with a high degree of ownership for business metrics.

·       Comfortable working in early-stage, cross-functional setups.
