With more than 4 decades of experience since our inception in 1979, Mah Sing has grown to become not only one of the largest high-tech plastics product manufacturers in Malaysia, but also one of its top property developers with more than 50 projects across the country.

A strong belief in research and development (R&D) as well as quality control underpinned this expansion, and enabled Mah Sing’s Founder and Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum to successfully list the company in 1992 on the Malaysia stock exchange.

Mah Sing is now entering a new period of growth in healthcare via glove manufacturing and other medical device products.

New, high speed glove dipping machines are now operational in Mah Sing’s first glove manufacturing factory in Kapar, Malaysia. With a built up of approximately 228,000sq.ft, the factory is strategically located in a glove industrial hub that is equipped with the right eco-system for gloves manufacturing, given the area’s mature infrastructure and utilities, as well as the big pool of gloves professionals and talents.

Mah Sing’s future oriented factory is automated for higher efficiency, with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and advanced Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system in place to support operations. The Group also ensures environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are considered from the initial stage of the venture.
