Hello, my name is Tilakavathy Balachandran, the founder of STH ICT Consultant fromyear2020.Hence gradually established ICT training Centre in Seremban (Gateway) and Nilai inNegeri Sembilan.STH ICT offer quality training and education support through ICT, specializing inthedeliveryandapproach ICT teaching and training to private school, government school, working community, andvoluntary sectors. Our objective is to make ICT accessible, enjoyable, and valuable to all our clients, regardlessofage,religion, ethnic background, or experience. During my everyday training delivery, I encountercommon problems and difficulties that course participants have with various applications/ITsolutions. There is seldom a problem that I have not previously encountered and amabletoprovidea solution. Feedback from earlier training is a proven indicator that my training deliveryiseffectiveand enjoyable. In all my onsite & offsite courses, participants are provided with manuals and materials basedonthetraining sessions. These are always used as a good source of reference and reminder onwhatiscovered during the training
