Maintaining and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking, familiar with Auto Count Accounting will be an added advantage.
Performing data entry and reconciliation tasks to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Providing general administrative support, such as filing, document management, and responding to inquiries
Assisting with payroll processing and subcon wages
Maintain petty cash records and assist in the reconciliation of accounts
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Auto Count Accounting)
Basic understanding of HR and accounting processes is an advantage
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
