Responsible for general office administrative duties.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management
Liaise with government agencies and other relevant agencies for all compliance
Ensure all document submission of approval, license renewals and accreditation are in order and in timely manner
Manage new development projects relevant to the growth of the organization
Serves as confidential executive administrator to the CEO/Director.
Participates in organization innovation efforts and in teams on innovation initiatives
Keeps student list updated and coordinates with Development, New Business Development, Marketing &Communications and other functions in the organization to ensure students/contacts are kept up to date and follow-through on meetings, opportunities, ideas for collaboration, etc. is effectively and efficiently carried out.
Keep updated on hostel payments, and office utility bills
Maintains files and records of the Office.
Builds relationships and liaises with all staff as needed to ensure a smooth working relationship with the Executive Office and so necessary arrangements/information is shared
Supports the CEO/Director in tracking and completing performance planning & management process
