Internship Opportunity: Admin & HR Department
Position: HR & Admin Intern
Location: Sankyu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Lot 4, Jalan 215, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Duration: [3-6 months]
Start Date: April 2025 and onwards
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions, including employee engagement activities and training coordination
- Maintain HR records and update databases
- Assist in handling office administration tasks, including documentation and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Other tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
