Job Description:
- Assist the Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations of the playland.
- Supervise playland staff and assign duties to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure all safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Monitor play areas to ensure children are playing safely and that equipment is functioning properly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Support event planning and execution for birthday parties, school visits or special occasions.
- Train new staff on standard operating procedures and child safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local health and safety regulations.
- Step in for the Supervisor during their absence.
- To undertake other related duties as directed by the Management.
Job Requirement:
- Malaysian citizen
- Possess SPM, Diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or equivalent is a plus).
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Childcare/Playland Setting or Entertainment Industry.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, responsible and passionate about working with children.
- Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
