Job Description:

  • Assist the Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations of the playland.
  • Supervise playland staff and assign duties to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
  • Monitor play areas to ensure children are playing safely and that equipment is functioning properly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Support event planning and execution for birthday parties, school visits or special occasions.
  • Train new staff on standard operating procedures and child safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance and daily reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local health and safety regulations.
  • Step in for the Supervisor during their absence.
  • To undertake other related duties as directed by the Management.

 

 

Job Requirement:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Possess SPM, Diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or equivalent is a plus).
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Childcare/Playland Setting or Entertainment Industry.
  • Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, responsible and passionate about working with children.
  • Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

 

 

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
