Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure smooth operations.​
• Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.​
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.​
• Coordinate the delivery and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and work logs.​

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in supervising residential construction projects.​
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.​
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.​
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.​
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.​
• Willingness to travel within the Shah Alam area.
