JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the team to design, develop and manage production process flow.
• Lead a team to troubleshoot and analysis the production failure and reducing rejection.
• Liaising with others stake holder to improve production process and cycle time.
• Maintain good documentation related to ISO, process control, work instruction and problem solving skills.
• Response to any Engineering Change Process (ECN) and Technical Enquiry (TE) Scope and Procedures
• Lead the engineering team to achieve the goal set by top management.
• Coordinate and build a development team in support of company's new product/process development.
• Provide leadership and direction to the others to improve effectiveness of test processes and ensure quality in product testing.
• Engineering study on new project viability and BOM list
• Ensure controlled and smooth implementation of new products and processes (NPI/DFM)
• Carry out reporting of department objective achievement and performance
• To Promoting environmental friendly culture through prevention of pollution, protection of natural resources with applicable environmental legislation and regulations.
• Understood of company policy, department objectives, rules and regulation.
• Ensuring Environment, Health and Safety regulations are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. SPM or above qualification for the relevant apply position
• Strong mechanical attitude
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently without any supervisory
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Understand Engineering drawing and GD&T are in advantages
• Good in attendance performance and attitude disciplinary
• Follow safety, environmental protocols and procedures when handling machinery
• Able to lift and move heavy objects
• Able to work overtime if require
• Fresh Graduate Male/Female are encourage to apply
• Fluent Mandarin/English are advantages
