Job description

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop company-wide human resource strategies and organizational development plans
  • Create and improve HR policies related to compensation, recruitment, and training
  • retention mechanism for stable and harmonious labor relations
  • Manage employment contracts, employee records, social security, and other HR-related documentation
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, employee relations and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Foster a positive and dynamic workplace culture
  • Handle Mandarin communication with regional teams
  • Others (if required)

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin for effective team communication
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of HR management experience, fluent in Malay, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient in Malaysian labor laws and regulations, with in-depth knowledge of HR functions
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
