CY Global Shipping Sdn Bhd is a growing maritime and logistics company in Malaysia, specializing in container shipping, vessel chartering, and the sale and purchase of vessels and boats. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Functions
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Organize travel arrangements, company events, and meetings
- Maintain and update office documentation and filing systems
- Liaise with service providers and authorities when required
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and supports productivity
Human Resources Functions
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Manage leave, attendance, and claims administration
- Support employee engagement initiatives and handle basic employee relations matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1–3 years of working experience in HR and/or administrative roles
- Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
