Creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and budgets.
Coordinating resources such as personnel, materials, and equipment needed for project execution.
Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Providing support to project teams, including preparing quotations, and conducting site visits. Ensure projects are completed successfully on time and within budget.
Tracking project expenses and ensuring they align with the budget.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field with 2 to 3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
