• Prefer 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for drafting and review contractual documents and dealing with contractual disputes and/or issues.
2. Pre-qualification of contractors / suppliers, evaluate and recommend to Management.
3. Liaison with Contract Manager for the whole process of tendering exercise involving of strategizing the tender packages, evaluating the suitable of a particular Form of Contract and specific conditions of tendering.
4. Prepare tender and contract documents.
5. In charge of tendering exercise, including calling of tender, review tender reports, attend tender interviews, negotiate, finalize, and prepare recommendation report to Management for award of contracts.
6. Prepare analysis and comparison on various proposals and reports
7. Preparation of interim claims for main-contractor and subcontractors
8. Prepare the submission for variation works.
