Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist who is fluent in Mandarin. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll provide excellent customer service and assist the Admin Manager with daily administrative tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to assist the Admin Manager with administrative duties as needed

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
