Job Description
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company objectives within a region.
- Managing operations, sales and marketing functions to maximise profitability.
- Monitoring regional performance and reporting on metrics to senior management team.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
- Leading, managing and coaching a team of district or area managers.
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations and standards within a region.
- Identifying regional market opportunities and creating business plans to exploit these opportunities.
- Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Oversees scheduling of operation staffs, organizing work shifts with heads of clinics. Coordinating and perform staff training sessions and other team development exercises.
- Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Medical Assistant/Medical/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in medical/clinical operations.
- Goods communication skills and leadership
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and able to handle work pressure and manage stress
